Automated Welding System for the Model 18-9999 Stamped-Welded Bogie

The automated welding system is designed for the serial production welding of components for the Model 18-9999 stamped-welded railway bogie in a stable and fully controlled manufacturing environment.

The solution is intended for railway engineering companies requiring consistent weld quality, increased productivity, and reduced manual operations in the production of bogies and their assemblies.

The system is based on a Fanuc ARC Mate 120iC/12L industrial welding robot equipped with automated MIG/MAG welding technology. The robotic cell is specifically configured for large and load-bearing steel structures, ensuring high precision, repeatability, and process stability.

The system can operate as a standalone production cell or be integrated into existing manufacturing lines, providing flexibility for implementation and production expansion.
